Travelling has always been a big part of our lives.

Since we were young and travelled across Europe on different adventures with our families until we got older and started exploring the world on our own.

Globe-trotting became a lifestyle and we went wherever we wanted too as soon as we could.

Then something changed. Two became three, and then four. We were not alone anymore and this added a lot more responsibility.

Having kids was never a reason for ending our journeys though, quite the contrary.
Instead of telling our children about the world we decided to show them…

Fantastic experience

Travelling with kids is not always easy but it has always been worth the effort. Seeing the world together must be one of the best things you can do as a family.

The kids get to learn about different cultures and how people live their lives in other ways that we are used to. From an early age they learn to respect others, regardless of how people look and how they talk.

Watching how they absorb impressions that gives them memories for life while becoming their own global citizens is both fascinating and awesome at the same time.

 

Backpacking is our passion and life on the road is still pretty much what it used to be.
The only thing that has changed is that we have adapted to a slightly slower pace, and perhaps strenuous mountain climbs and other similar activities have been paused for a couple of years.

We still go where we want to go. Even if our backpacks are a bit heavier from the weight of toys and other essential small-person stuff the purpose of travelling remains the same.

Learn about yourself and others, go anywhere you want and experience places you never imagined existed. And most importantly – travel, and get some perspective of life!

So get out of the comfort zone, stop wondering and start exploring!
